THE RULES

Weight
weight = amount x multiplier. The multiplier is 1.0x from day 0, 1.5x from day 7 and 2.0x from day 30 of holding.
Holding time
FIFO from the token's Transfer logs: what leaves a wallet is taken from its oldest lot, so selling resets the clock for what moved and leaves the rest as it was.
The snapshot
Each cycle reads every $n0n balance at one safe block, ranks holders by weight and pays the fifteen highest. Rank 16 is paid nothing that cycle.
The share
Each of the fifteen gets its weight over the sum of the fifteen, times the cycle budget, capped at 20 ETH per address. One ETH transfer each, then a public receipt.
The budget
28 percent of the vault balance per cycle, capped at 50 ETH. Each receipt carries the rule its cycle used.
Left out
The dead and zero addresses, the Uniswap v4 PoolManager, the Pons launchpad contracts, the curve, the creator wallet, the token contract and the vault wallet itself are never ranked.

Funding is discretionary and can stop. Rewards depend entirely on what the vault is funded with and can be zero. Nothing here is a return, a rate or a promise: a cycle pays what the wallet holds under its rule that day, and a wallet funded with nothing pays nothing.
